JML Properties is owned and operated by Jason & Marie Diewold. We have provided excellent service to our tenants, owners and investors since 2004. In February 2008 we were inducted into the Wealth Intelligence Academy Hall of Fame in Orlando for own success in real estate.

JML has hired a bookkeeper and a full time property manager. These new hires will allow us to focus more on the acquisition of properties and expanding Atwind Developments while maintaining the excellent service we provide to our tenants, owners and investors.

JML Properties (Jason and Marie Diewold) and 3D Real Estate Investments (Edna and Warren Keep) joined together to form a partnership called Atwind Developments. This partnerships focus is to acquire multi unit residential and commercial properties. JML and 3D have been offering investors quality investments on real estate projects for the past 3 years. Collectively they own and manage over 75 units.
